Hi Eric,

Thank you for your response.

I called UPS just now and the guy said I have to call on Monday when the damage department is open. This is probably UPS's most dynamic and growing dept....they take parcels and damage them.

He said "oh it must have fallen off the truck". Oh riiight. Like the sun also shines out of my bottom.

I will call them on Monday and see if I am allowed to go there and have a conniption. They are 4 hours from here and looking around on the web it seems they win prizes for being the worst UPS hub by far. There are many unhappy people it seems.

If necessary I shall go there, but it's such a PITA as I will have to take a day off work yada yada.
