Oh, I'd attempt it, if it needed doing, but I was saying it wouldn't be something I looked forward to. It just looks so clean in that California photo. And your point is taken regarding the galvanic series and the makeup of brass.
At the moment I can't think of any example in my experience to illustrate difficulty other than an effort in the long-distant past to remove a 5" brass plug from a cast iron septic cleanout (it needed a replacement by the time I got done with it) and I could think this was the seal of tapered thread rather than galvanic corrosion making it difficult. In fact, the memory starts to gel in which there was an inadvertent contact with a mower blade in the mix.
On the other hand (or side of the voltaic chart) I've had many dealings with rusted steel stem screws (and springs) in brass pistol-grip sprayer nozzles not put away dry.
Thanks to your explanation, I'll be less likely to dread the task should it ever come up.
