The dizzy cap/rotor is 5 months old but not bosch (couldn't find one locally when I needed it, same with wires).
--> Check under dizzy cap for oil leaks thru the spindle - it could mess up with ignition.
Another possible issue is the coolant temp sensor - the one for ECU under inlet manifold 3 - as it idled well during cold but less after warming up. But I can't figure out why it could suddenly turned defective after 4 months. Just check its connection.
It couln't be the O2 sensor as that would trigger lambda-sond light at dashboard.
Couldn't be the fuel pressure regulator too - at it would upset the idle at all times.
Lastly it could be vacuum leaks - from rubber lines, intake manifold gasket (loose nuts maybe? but these should self tighten after warmed up), throttle body gasket (loose nuts?) and brake booster (hardened check valve grommet at booster body), carbon canister lines...you know the drift
