B30 engine issues? 140-160

"I believe there is a replacement set of contact trigger points that might be able to installed on the original mounting plate, but it appears to be very expensive. The correct version of the 123Ignition distributor has the trigger contacts built in and is a probably a better overall alternative."

ONLY if it's the reprogramable 123. In the 1st version, ALL the stock curves are of NO use.

"Right now, the main obstacle is the lack of a known good easy replacement for the fuel pressure regulator which is the later version."

The Datsun L28 regulator would be my first choice, if you can get it: Two hose barbs in, one out same as standard, set to 36psi & is has a vacuum reference house. Retune the MPS & you are good to go.

Someone posted a link to a L28 Datsun fuel pump which is a replica of the Bosch original. Ofcourse an old K-Jet pump from the 74 B20E/F or the first B21E/F 240 donks would be fine too.

GREAT TO KNOW you have new circuit boards for the TPS!

GOOD WORK ERIC.
