Check your harmonic balancer (crank pulley) to see if it is separated and the cause of the squeal, rather than the alternator of water pump. Try full left with the steering to see if the ps pump stops turning. Or run it a bit and carefully feel the crank pulley (engine off) to see if it is really hot from the friction.
