I have almost the same scenario as Frank. on my US '89 200. It starts and runs fine , turn it off and restart it an hour later and it will run crappy then more then likely stall. If you keep the reves up a bit and drive it up to the firt traffic light, it will be fine.

Accumilator?? it that the black canistor under the intake manifold where the flame retarder hose goes to?? What am I looking for with that?
