None that I'm aware of as long as your prospective '85 is an NA (non turbo) car. The '85 through '88 NA 240s all use the B230F motor and LH 2.2 Jetronic fuel injection system. I have both an '85 245 and an '87 245 and swap mechanical parts between them all the time as a diagnostic method. The RPR catalog (www.rprusa.com) is worth getting as it lists part numbers for virtually everything by model and year, allowing you to check and see what will fit and what won't. An invaluable reference for junkyard mavens!
