have the dealers cleaned the throttle body.

replaced the AIC motor.

replaced/adjusted the idle stop switch.

replaced the RF and FI relays.

replaced the ignition control module (or ignition amplifier).

Some of these you have to pay for, but the others are changeout modules and if they don't solve the problem the dealer should put the old one back in and not charge. However, it's reasonable to charge a diagnostic fee....
