Hey Jim,
84 245 DL, AW70, ~160k, selector shaft seals were failing, but tranny was running well when the car met it's end.
90 245DL, AW70 ~150k, the tranny is fine, then one day, I accelerate hard, and the tranny never again shifted out of 1st. It wasn't the kickdown cable, just some unknown internal failure. That sucked because I had only had the car for 10k miles. Now it's got a ford 5 spd manual, hooked up to a 5.0
84 242Ti, AW71 155k, it's going strong, no leaks, but I'm not sure of it's history.
