Don't use an R-cam, certainly not for street use.
It doesn't make power below 3000 rpm and already is over it's peak at 6100.
It has too much overlap for street use causing a bad idle and high consumption. Try the F-cam, altough it has more duration it has little overlap. It has a reasonable idle and it is strong from 2300 rpm and makes it spin till about 6500rpm.
I recently built a street performance B20 with a K-cam, modified head with stock valves. It has a programmable injection/ignition and uses the stock injection B20E manifold. Altough not fully run in it produced 200Nm and 140 Din Hp (this translates to about 160bhp). 180Nm torque is already available at 2500Rpm and peaks at 3500rpm@200Nm. Peak power comes @5500rpm. Im sure that with an F-cam this will be about 180bhp@6250rpm.
