The torque is corect at 100Nm (74 ft-lb), but the Volvo service manual says to turn 45 degrees additional after torquing (1/4 turn).

If the hub has sealed bearings, have at it. If the bearings run in the hub, don't bother to try replacing the bearings. A new bearing on an old outer race is a recipe for trouble.
