This is just my 2cents-worth. My 240's still have separate bearings. The amount of turn after reaching 100nm must be either a 1/4 turn which is 90 degrees, or 45 degrees which is 1/8 turn. I don't know which is correct.

The expertise you give to the BB is so good, this must be a typo, right?
