I'll take a stab.

My thought is that the Flame trap it clogged causing too much pressure, the leake is that dopey head grommet and it's leaking down to a low point.

Eddie, can you post some digital pictures of the problem spot. either here or to me directly At 60K you shouldn't have a 'real' problem. I have 200K on my '89.
