120/140 transmissions 140-160

There is no such animal as a 140 with an hydraulic clutch. On the basis that it is usually not very efficient to re-invent the wheel I'd go for cable. You'll need the appropriate bellhousing from a 140 (any manual gearbox 140 wil do) which will connect to the pedals from your donor car.

When you install, check the realease arm, early versions were prone to self destruct.

I have personally never seen a crank that wasn't machined. That doesn't mean they don't exist, but as far as I can tell the vast majority were.
