26-28 is what I get on PURE freeway driving cruising around 70-75MPH with two or three toll booths. This is on a 90 740 base b230 automatic. I have a fairly heavy foot, so I burn a little tiny bit more at the tolls, but no big deal.

Remember, that's pure highway mileage. In city, I get really horrendous mileage because of my driving habits. :-)
