warning lights! 700 1985

Thanks for the help, I ended up just removing the bulbs from the two warning lights that would not turn off.(oil level indicator & the bulb out light)
DEQ is the Department of Environmental Quality or something close, in Oregon it's where you take your car to get your emissions test done. They have a policy that if a warning light is on in your car they will not test it.
