Hi Bob,

Webcon UK Limited of England sell really good carb mounted cable linkage kits. They have four versions, Top mounting single or twin cables or bottom mounting single or twin cables. My 544 is pre throttle cable so I'm having to make some mods to the pedal linkage. I'm using kit # LP2000 twin cables on my car. "The LP 1000 Top mounting for single cable operation incorprates clamp-on ferrule for use with existing throttle cable." The LP3000 is the same only bottom mounting.I not sure but doesn't the 72/73ES use a throttle cable set-up.
