940 stalling problem 900 1992

That 3 minute no start time is precious. Try to determine if you have spark during the no start period. During a no start time can you hear the fuelpumps run when you turn the key to the "on" position? If you spray starter fluid (handle carefully) into the intake does it then start, run for an instant and then stall?

Even if you don't plan on fixing the problem yourself getting a handle on where the problem might be will be to your advantage. Good luck.
