I remember reading somewhere (maybe on the Brickboard) instructions for checking front end alignment using common (read: cheap/free) items. I've seen ads for the toe and caster measuring tools, but they cost more than having a shop do the job.
I recently finished changing my strut carts, shocks, strut bearings, ball joints and outer tie rod ends. Now, I need to check the alignment. I'd rather do it myself, since I've got lots of time and little money (laid off).
Does anyone have any hints/tips/pointers? Thanks in advance!
