Its possible to get it close enough to drive, but an alignment shop will be able to line up the front wheels with the rears (thrust angle) of the car. They will also be able to compensate for road crown (for road drainage) and the measurements are down to degrees, which is very exact. I'd find a place that is local that can do the job for a good price.
