The last time I had the A/C rebuilt on a volvo, it ran me real close to $1K. New compressor, new lines, new expansion vlave, freon R12 ($$), labor. I live in Oregon and just waiting for that spare grand. I have not specifically priced repairs for my 1800, yet.
