UPDATE Trailing Arm Bushings bad?

Noises are so hard to find.
I performed some tests today. I cant tell if it is coming from the front or rear. It could still be trailing arm bushings. But the noise to me is only really audible under 15mph while coasting, decelerating. putting the clutch in seemed to make it louder sometimes, when I coasted down a hill and left it in neutral the noise seemed to take longer to start...

Braking doesnt seem to affect it much. Though if I plow the brakes I dont hear it much, probably due to quicker deceleration.

Although this might be a key to it, when I was coming to school I held the rpms @ 1500 in first gear with the throttle almost close and got a nasty vibration through the body. I could not hear the noise as much during this time, but am pretty sure that they are related. This vibration is not felt through the steering wheel.

thanks
take care
