Aww c'mon! The noise (I like to think of it as music ;]) is the best part! Actually though, I think the noise when you come off the gas is the pressure being released by the CBV.

PS: You will love the Dawes Device but I hope you've got a calibrated boost gauge - you really need one to make sure you don't do any damage.
