I personally run at 11 psi. Most folks say 12 psi is safe, but I'm happy where it is at the moment. If you start getting into the teens you are on your own! Make sure you run premium gas and follow the directions with the Dawes Device - meaning increase the boost slowly. Install it, take it for a run to see where you are at and then increase incrementally from there. Thanks for checking out the web page. Good luck.
As far as the exhaust goes, I'm trying to buy a 3-inch from BSR for about $340 total. There is a distributer in Chicago (bo@engstrom.net), but the problem is trying to get a hold of him. I know $340 isn't chump change, but it seems to be a bargain for a 3-in, turbo back, mandrel bent unit. I think it is aluminized steel. Something to think about . . .
