is it OK to unplug O2 sensor and run?? 700

i don't think that's your OBD so i wouldn't open it. the OBD is supposed to be in a little tiny plastic black box somewhere in your engine compartment.

mine is behind my driver's side strut tower, just ICE RCKT's.

yours might not have it in which case, it'll be harder to diagnose your problem. is it only a rough idle? meaning the car accelerates and stops fine without hesitation or stumbling? or does it not run well either?
