Electronic ignition preferences 140-160

Looks to me like we collectively need to come up with a way to
do a distributor like the 75 164 has; both the electronic ignition and
the trigger points down below for the FI system.
I'm pretty sure it could be done fairly easily, but have not been strongly
motivated to do so thus far. Unfortunately the 4 cyl engines went to K-jet
in 1974 so they didn't need the trigger points.
