Idle setting?? 700 1986

G'day all,

I can't seem to locate the connector which u are supposed to earth in order to turn off the idle control system so that u can set the idle. Car has B230FT engine using jetronic ecu but i'm from Australia and maybe there are a few things different! Also what speed should idle be at when idle control is off and on??
