86 760~ should we avoid it? 700 1986

I also own a 760 gle 88'(the one in the pic) and i think its the "creme de la creme".I have 255k kms on it and no mechanical problems aswell. One thing to watch out though on pre 88 760's is that their engines have a bad cam lubrification system so cams go bad really fast. But aslong as you do your oil changes religiously and i suggest using amsoil synthetic oil.Other than that the car drives great, has a decent amount of power and handles very well.If you have the opportunity, slap on a pair of 16" hydras to make cornering alittle more exciting.Since ive had mine(2 years)all ive done was a 700 cdn. tune up the first day i got it,thats all.Im also 18 by the way and when i first got this car i didnt really like it but now i love it more and more every day.I think that if you dont find any other problems with the car then its a great buy.Good luck!
