Whell....

If you have a turbo (implied from the "ti" suffix, ya know) then you don't have a lockup function. I don't know why they put it on the window sticker. The turbos were AW71-only, and the non-turbo 700/900 cars were AW70L/AW71L (after a certain year).

So, no you aren't crazy, at least with respect to this.
