Hot start problems with B20B in a 122 120-130 1966

I've had several HS6 carbs that seem to be chronic flooders, including
the front one I have now on my 122 wagon. After setting the float level
down low and changing float needles and seats numerous times it only floods
at above 4000 rpm. I wrap it up and you can smell gasoline, otherwise it's
OK. Unfortunately it is one of the ones I rebushed.....

I am planning to go to HIF6s partly for that reason, even though I have
lots of HS6s.
