no start fuel pump troubleshooting 700 1990

Have experienced pump failure but not of this kind.

Apart from bad contact points dropping driving voltage for the relay, just another wild hunch: there supposedly in some models is a roll-over safety, turning off pumps in just that situation. Donīt know about your year, but could this thingy be disconnecting the relay supply?? Have no circuit diagram to check this idea. Keep on asking here.
