If you have transportation and can do without the car for a while, time is
on your side. DON'T sign any release until you are SURE you have everything
you want. They can complain and threaten but they MUST get your signature
and you don't have to sign until you are satisfied. If the other driver hit
you from the back and didn't even attempt to stop, it is HIS problem.
