is that what you get to "Make you whole" after having damage inflicted to you and your vehicle has NOTHING to do with the other driver's insurance.
Making you whole includes pain and suffering, medical expenses, and lost wages, in addition to the car itself. A whiplash can be more serious than is first apparent, so get x-rayed ASAP if you haven't yet, and get under a physician's care NOW. Be ready to withstand pressure from the insurance company and hold out for 30 days to be certain that all the costs are known. Your own insurance company can be left out of it, unless you need quick cash, and then the other driver should reimburse your company.
If the total to make you whole exceeds the other driver's insurance, you may need a judgement of some sort to attack his personal assets. Go for it.
Post with what's happening. I am always amazed by amount of knowledge and experience here, and you've been a faithful BB'er since I found the BB.
Good Luck,
Bob
