It would really be a BIG HELP if you guys would identify the specific
store so we could patronize or avoid based on factual experience rather
than just say, "Well, some are good and some are bad!"

Any store that willingly provides bad service has every reason to expect
the word to get around these days. Likewise the good ones deserve
whatever recognition modren technology can give them.
