hard starting... that seems to be a common problem with everyone, and the 'solution' (which you have discovered by yourself) seems to be very common as well. same thing in my non-turbo regina 740. if someone finds a way to fix this properly, i would love to know. for now, i'll just do what you're doing. :-)
