While you can find top shelf brands in unmarked boxes (my last one was Bosch relays with the "Bosch" ground off), you don't always.

TRW is universally recognized as decent quality. I use TRW joints.

I don't think that boots are available, but I'll say that replacing the boot on a balljoint, is like welding a tie rod. You "save" money, but sooner or later you'll be putting in a new piece anyway.
