Hard cold start, bad missing on cold mornings-- B280F

Hello:

I don't think it is a tune-up issue-- it runs very well after it gets over its "morning sickness"...

The cap, rotor, wires and plugs are all recent and engine power has been quite consistent.

I am wondering about things like a cold start injector or perhaps a fuel pressure regulator that doesn't regulate the pressure well at first...
