Hard cold start, bad missing on cold mornings-- B280F

are they genuine volvo caps/rotor/wires ...

if not bin them and fit gen...

also try it with the bonnet open when dark...do you see any tracking?

I would also wonder about either oil or fuel pump/filter...

could it be that its taking time for presure to build (oil presure could be to do with sealing the piston rings....)

basically i would start with simple scientific diagnostics....

comprssion test the engine...
swap leads etc around..see if you can make the problem 'move' between cylinders..

presure test the fuel rail...

of course it could be its just how the car wants it...i have a motorbike like that...its been rebuilt till im bored...always starts on the left cylinder then the right one comes in as the engine warms up...always has...always will
