The fuel pressure reg is pretty inexpensive wouldnt hurt to change it out, you could also look at a bad Temp Sensor, Maybe your IAC Motor is stuck thats acutally commen because it will stick in a mode like hot or cold but this problem i would look there last, also take a peak at your Air Mass it could be failing. Typicaly if your cold start injector was failing it would start but take alittle cranking but not repetitive starts, did i read correctly in the first post that your actaully not getting spark during this problem?
