winter tires: size? brand?

I have 185/65/15 Gislaves on my 745 and love them. I have have used Gislaves since 1982. ALL the techs at my dealer use them on their personal cars. I bought 4 new this morning at $85 each. As said earlier, narrower is better when it comes to winter tires.
