Whatever... it probably isn't a big deal. The bucking is usually either an intake leak, or a loose connection.
Sometimes dealers aren't that bad, since they have to fix certain things that private individuals don't (but can just say they did). The price is low for a dealer's lot, so once you get it sorted out, it should be fine. Besides that, there are a lot of "private" individuals who are just jockeying cars around from auction to buyer (and spinning the odometers quite often also) so sometimes you never know what you're getting.
