Aw Sh*t, Bought a car with turbo problems (another long one)

Perhaps not a hose but a gasket ... I've experienced issues with both the intake and the throttle body gaskets. It could cause such an issue when in boost, as they blow outwards, but gets sucked back in and seal when in vacuum. Neither are too bad to replace (less than an hour and under $5).
