The tranny pumps fluid into the cooler through one line. The same fluid exits the cooler through the other. So find the cooler outlet (often the top tube) and let the fluid exit that fitting while you fill through the transmission fill tube. Forget about a fitting (which is metric anyway): use a clear vinyl tube about five feet long, force-fit over the cooler outlet fitting, and directed into a marked milk jug so you know how much is coming out. BTW: the cooler holds only a small amount of fluid.
