Did you check the 25 amp fuse on the inner fender, driver's side?

Check ALL fuses in the panel for good connections. Clean the terminals and pinch them together a wee bit for firmer contact.

Pull the fuel pump relay and re-solder it per numerous Don Foster posts.

That covers about 60% of no-starts!
