Diffential Leak

I did not find any trouble with removing the nut in the centre of the pinion... I just raised the car and set the handbrake... used a not very long 1/2" drive ratchet.... and they stock the pinion seal at autozone... overall if you have all the tools, it's about a $20 job (if you get the Mobil1 Gear Oil)
