Yes, this is easy. What you need is:
Seat itself with backrest and seat cushion. Sometimes it has armrests, sometimes not. On the seat are two brackets, they fix the seat to the chassis in predrilled holes under the lid for the spare wheel. There should also be a brakcet with two buckles and two seatbelts. Everything fits in pre-drilled wholes except one bolt for each seatbelt which goes on the wheelhouse. I am unsrue if it is drilled or not but I know there will be no whole in the carpet if you do not have had a seat in before. If you are particuilar about finish, there are some small plastic trim pieces that Volvo supplies you will need to finish off the installation.
