Strange Dash Switch

I once had a 244 GLT, which some guy used a switch like this to control the front spare lights. The rear fog lights, where turned on at all time, and bulbs where replaced with 5w instead of 21w. This made the cool "usa look", with three ignited rear lights while driving.

Check if your previous owner did something similar.. eg. are there any spare lights in the front?
