If you put a 80 model B21 into a 76 240, you should use original 76 fuel injection, ignition and exhaust system. You should swap out the long block, transplant the distributor from the 76 engine and everything should fit. Your wiring harness and ignition/fuel control system on the 76 has no provision for a Lambda Sond.
