i've owned 5 240s and currently have a 740 na and 940T.Personally, I will pick the 91 760 T for $2,500 or hopefully less and spend some money on the shocks (if it needed attention)& the turbo.That is assuming everything thing else checks out.True, a lot more things can go wrong with a 760 but then again it has a lot more things to offer.It really depends on how well it was maintained and whether or not your a DIY or not, or if you enjoy spending time and money in a volvo shop (I'm guilty,your honor)...now, if you want to play it safe, the 240 or the 740 n.a. would be a great choice..Actually, they are all great cars!!
Good luck and update us..One question, Have you driven a good condition 240/740 Turbo ????
