No exemptions in PA that I am aware of just because the car os old, etc. But testing is only required in the larger metro areas. Goes by zip code. I live 1.5 miles outside one city which does have it. So I skate.


Is there any benefit to getting it done for maintenance purposes, like for getting a basic idea of the general "health" or your engine?
